Bring Your Energy Relationships, Experience, and Vision. Build What’s Next at Connico.

Connico is seeking an accomplished nuclear/Energy leader to establish, grow, and lead our national Energy Practice, initially focused on commercial nuclear and advanced nuclear.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who has already developed meaningful industry relationships, market credibility, and technical expertise and is ready to use that experience to help shape a new practice with lasting impact.

You will help determine the clients we pursue, the opportunities we prioritize, the services and capabilities we develop, the work we deliver, and ultimately the team that supports the Practice.

This is a true seller-doer and practice-building role: someone who can develop relationships and create business while remaining closely connected to the successful leadership and delivery of the work.

Why Connico? Why This Opportunity?

Connico offers an unusual combination: the opportunity to build and shape a new practice within an established, financially stable national consulting firm, with experienced technical resources, an existing client base, and a strong backlog of client work already in place.

The National Energy Practice Lead will have direct access to executive leadership and meaningful influence over the clients we pursue, the opportunities we prioritize, the capabilities we develop, and the future team supporting the Practice.

At Connico, leadership is close to the work and individual impact is visible. Our culture combines high expectations and accountability with collaboration, professional growth, respect for people, and recognition that work is not the only thing that matters.

For the right person, this is a chance to turn the relationships, credibility, and experience you’ve built over your career into a defining next chapter - one where the work reflects your ideas, judgment, and leadership.

  • Strong Project Controls or major-project credibility, with deep expertise in at least one relevant area such as Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Constructability, Project Controls, Project Management, Program Management, or complex capital-project delivery.
